Factory Tour
Clarence Valley Kitchens & Shopfitting operate from a 900m² facility purpose built for our machinery. More recently, we have added an additional facility next door to our current premises due to our rapid expansion. This effectively doubles our working facilities and better equips us for future large scale and high production contracts. The new building will serve as a low volume and custom manufacturing facility, whilst the existing building will house our state of the art, mass production machinery.
Holzma HPP82 Beamsaw with Econolift
The Holzma Beamsaw is a machine capable of cutting up to 5 sheets of 3.6 x 1.8m x 16mm sheets of manufactured board at any given time. Fully automated, the operator selects the run pattern from the fully networked system, which is optimised in our office, and is then pushed onto the saw table via a mechanical push feed system. The operator then follows the prompts given by the computer.
Homag KAL310 Edgebander with Ligmatech conveyer return
The Homag Edgebander is utilised to band ABS edging to manufactured board. Our KAL310 is capable of running at 24 metres per minute, and all panels are returned to the operator via a conveyer return system. Panels can be cut at a finished size on the Beamsaw and milled on the Edgebander before applying edging material. This ensures a far sharper edge than what a conventional saw blade is capable of.
Weeke BHC350 point-to-point router
The Weeke point-to-point router is capable of machining shapes, writing text and drilling componentry. This is a versatile machine which boosts production significantly via the use of a barcoding system. Once programmed; either locally or from a mobile location, the operator can run any given panel hassle free.
Weeke BHX500 boring machine
The primary role of the Weeke BHX500 is mass production. Featuring an automated system, the operator can drill or rout two panels at any given time, by running them back-to-back. The BHX500 can drill from under the panel, or on top of the panel. The operator simply scans the label on the panel with a barcode scanner, the computer recognises the program and sets itself up to carry out the task assigned to that particular part. The BHX500 is a high volume machine which can be run at 130 meters per minute and will cut production time by around 60% compared to the BHC350.
Otto-Martin T-60 Panelsaw
The T-60 is a versatile machine allowing us to cut small volumes, one off custom parts and angles. It has an automatic fence, which is controlled via the touch screen computer.
